Lesson 2 — Step 1: Know Your Ylopo Site

Two URLs to Memorize Before Anything Else

This entire system runs on YOUR personal Ylopo subdomain. If your subdomain isn’t live, nothing in the rest of this course works.

Company URL

find.scofieldgroup.com

This is the brokerage IDX site. Use it for general company campaigns and brokerage-level marketing. Not for your personal lead attribution.

Your Agent URL

yourname.scofieldgroup.com

Replace “yourname” with your actual subdomain. Every adaptive search you run goes here so leads attribute to YOU in Ylopo and Follow Up Boss. Without this, the 20% economics of the system don’t work — leads will route to the brokerage instead of you.

Verify Your Subdomain (Do Not Skip)

  1. Open a browser and go to yourname.scofieldgroup.com
  2. Confirm your name and photo appear in the header
  3. Confirm the IDX search bar works (try a quick neighborhood search)
  4. If your name and photo do NOT load, review the Help section and message [email protected] before continuing

Why This Step Comes First

Every short link you build in later steps redirects to a Ylopo adaptive search URL on YOUR subdomain. If the subdomain isn’t active and properly configured, all 140+ posts you’ll schedule will route to a broken page or to the brokerage default — and the lead attribution that drives your splits and team-lead reporting fails silently.

Common Issues

  • Subdomain shows generic Ylopo branding — your agent profile is not set up. Message [email protected].
  • Photo missing — upload a high-res professional headshot via your Ylopo back-office or follow the in-system upload steps.
  • “Page not found” — the subdomain DNS has not propagated yet. Wait 24 hours, then retry. If still broken after 24 hours, Message [email protected].
