Welcome to Scofield Group. This is SG Basecamp — your training system. Everything you need to get up to speed on our systems, our standards, and our process lives here, and you complete it in order.

How SG Basecamp works

SG Basecamp is built as a series of courses. You move through them in sequence — each course has lessons, and most lessons end with a short quiz. You read the lesson, then pass its quiz before moving on. Each course ends with a Final Exam.

This first course is your orientation: how the system works, and how we work as a team. After this comes the Independent Contractor Agreement & Brokerage Policy course, then Phase 1 (System Setup), then Phase 2 (Core Training & Go Live).

Lessons and quizzes

Read every lesson fully — they are short, and every line matters. Lesson quizzes require a passing score (generally 80%); Final Exams require 100%. You can retake a quiz if you do not pass. Do not rush — the goal is that you actually know this on a live client call, not that you click through quickly.

Assignments

Some lessons include assignments — a contract to draft, comps to run, screenshots to upload. These are checked. Incomplete or incorrect assignments get sent back. Complete every assignment as you reach it; do not save them for the end.
