💬 Training questions — ask them in office

While going through Basecamp training, ask your questions in the office, Monday–Friday, 9–5. That is the channel. Not by text. Not through your ambassador. Not by email. In office, during business hours — that is where training questions get answered properly and fast.

1. Deal-specific questions

A question about an actual deal is different from a training question. Deal-specific questions go to [email protected] — every contract before client signatures, every deal question. Showcase requests and day-to-day operational items go directly to Aaron. Marketing, CEO decisions, and coaching 1-1s you book directly with Kirby. [email protected]. Emailing both brokers together means the right answer comes back fast, with everyone in the loop.

2. Your first 3 offers and first listing — broker review before signatures

On your first three (3) offers and your first (1) listing, you must get a broker review before your client signs anything. Before client signatures, send the Contract, the Comps (QuickCMA version), and the Pre-approval or Proof of Funds to [email protected]. Beyond your first deals: ALWAYS CC [email protected] on ALL deals.

3. You do NOT schedule with Aaron until three things are done

  • ☐ All assignments are complete
  • ☐ Your work is verified by the LMS
  • ☐ Your Zillow training is completed
