This lesson covers how you conduct yourself and use the office — Section 4 (in part) and Section 14.
Professionalism and prohibited activities
Section 4.1 sets the baseline: maintain professionalism in conduct, communication, and service at all times. Section 4.2 names three prohibited activities — you may not perform Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), do property management, or hold or maintain an active lending license.
Marketing compliance
Section 4.3: all marketing must use the approved Company logo and branding and must be pre-approved by the Broker before use. Section 14 reinforces this for visuals — every post with a graphic, photo, video, reel, story, flyer, or digital ad must use only Company-approved logos, colors, and branding. If the Company flags a post as non-compliant, remove it immediately. Social media violations are a material breach of the Agreement and can lead to a Company-imposed fine and review for termination.
Professional appearance
Section 4.4: business professional attire is required at all times — in the office, with clients, and at events. Prohibited: jeans, shorts, gym or athletic wear, hats of any kind, and polo or golf-style shirts. Button-up dress shirts or blouses are required; makeup stays in natural tones. Religious attire — clothing or headwear that is part of an agent’s recognized religious practice — is permitted.
Office use and closing procedures
Section 4.5: any use of the office outside normal daily real estate business must be pre-approved by the Broker. Section 4.6: the last person out (or the opener, when responsible) locks all doors, turns off lights and coffee makers, sets the HVAC to ECO mode, and confirms all equipment is shut down. Section 4.7: no pets in the office — except Chance, Jaeger, and Kaia.
Social media conduct
Section 14 also requires you to follow all advertising, Fair Housing, real estate marketing, and online-communication laws, and to stay current with NAR, the Nevada Real Estate Division, and Las Vegas REALTORS® standards. Content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, offensive, or damaging to the brokerage’s reputation is strictly prohibited.
Office & facility quick reference
Park only in designated areas (violators towed at the agent’s expense); no smoking within 50 feet of the building; the conference room is for training and clients only, reserved via Google Calendar, with no food or drink unless clients are present; bathrooms are gender-neutral — keep them clean. Scam awareness: the Broker only texts from 702-219-4615 — ignore anyone claiming to be the Broker from another number.
⚖️ Standard
