Build your Zillow Professional Profile
- ☐ Create / complete your Zillow Professional Profile
- ☐ Change the email on the profile to your company email
- ☐ Confirm you are listed on the Scofield Group team
- ☐ Sign your Preferred Agreement (formerly branded as “Flex” — Zillow renamed the program)
Enroll in Zillow Preferred
Log into Premier Agent and go to zillow.com/pbflex/agent. If new, complete full enrollment. If existing, sign the new Preferred Agreement.

Required Preferred Onboarding Training — Zillow audits completion.
🎯 Goal
Profile live on the Scofield Group team, Preferred Agreement signed, Platform Setup form submitted, and Zillow Academy completed. Agents without the Academy training are blocked from live Preferred lead routing.
