📋 Master Onboarding Packet — print this once

Print this packet at the start of Phase 1. It contains everything you need from Day One of training through your end-of-week Go-Live clearance with Aaron:

  • Section 1 — Platform Verification Checklist: check each platform off as you complete it during Phase 1 + Phase 2.
  • Section 2 — 5-Day Commitment Agreement: read & sign before orientation. Aaron co-signs Section 1 on Day 1.
  • Day 1–5 Tracking Sheets: 100-dial checkboxes per day, contract terms Aaron writes in, daily sign-off.
  • End-of-Week Summary: Aaron's proficiency check that clears you to go LIVE.

Welcome to Phase 1. Before you touch a system or a lead, you need to understand the non-negotiables of working at Scofield Group. These rules aren’t red tape — they’re what keep you licensed, protected, and in business. Every rule below exists because we’ve seen what happens when it’s ignored.

1. CC [email protected] on every offer and escrow.

Every offer you send to a client. Every escrow communication where issues arise. The broker email is not optional — it’s how the broker of record stays compliant with Nevada supervision requirements and how we protect you when a file comes under review. Skip this, and you’re exposing yourself and the brokerage.

2. Lead source tagging is mandatory, not optional.

Every lead that enters Follow Up Boss gets tagged at the point of entry. “Unknown,” “Direct,” or blank is not acceptable when a real source exists. Source tagging drives ROI tracking, Zillow Preferred lead flow, and audit-trail integrity. If you mislabel, the team loses visibility and Zillow penalizes our metrics.

3. Use approved systems only.

Dotloop for transaction documents. Follow Up Boss for leads. SISU for accountability. Ylopo (Stars) for client property searches — not the MLS search. These aren’t suggestions. Agents who route deals through unapproved channels lose the audit trail the brokerage needs.

4. Scofield Group is an independent Nevada brokerage.

In every client interaction, every marketing piece, every social post — we’re Scofield Group, independent NV. We’ve been a fully independent Nevada brokerage since 2024. Don’t reference any outside brokerage in client-facing work. If you see a draft that implies otherwise, flag it and fix it.

5. Marketing requires pre-approval.

Every paid ad, testimonial post, listing campaign, and branded content piece goes through compliance before it goes live. This protects your license and the brokerage from Fair Housing, advertising rule, and MLS-rule violations. “I’ll get approval later” doesn’t work — one non-compliant ad can draw a complaint that costs more than a year of commissions.

6. Accountability is weekly, not optional.

You’ll get a monthly accountability report showing your response times, connection rates, and conversion numbers. Below target is a coaching conversation, not a firing squad — but sustained underperformance triggers a structured path: coaching → written plan → potential reassignment. The goal is your success, not punishment.

7. The 5-Day Commitment is the go-live gate.

No agent takes live leads until they’ve completed the 5-Day Commitment (100 dials/day, 5 contracts, in-office) and passed Aaron’s final review. This is the test that tells us — and you — whether you’re ready. Fast-track requests don’t exist.

The mindset:

This training is not a box-check. You’re joining a team where accountability is how we respect each other. Everything in Phase 1 and Phase 2 is there because when you show up live on a client call, you need to know the answer, not search for it. Do it right once, and the rest of the career builds on solid ground.

If you hit any rule you don’t understand or any system you can’t access, email [email protected] immediately. Do not skip.

⚠️ Non-negotiable

These rules are not optional. They keep your license safe, keep the brokerage compliant, and keep deals from blowing up. Read them in full, then move to Step 1.
