All invites are sent via email — check your spam folder if you do not see them. If a platform invite is missing or you cannot get in, flag it before moving on. Do not proceed past this step without access to all 8 platforms.
Sign in to SG Hub and set up your email signature

1. Sign in to SG Hub
- Go to sg-hub.com and sign in with your @scofieldgroup.com Google account.
- Your session lasts 7 days; then sign in again the same way.
- Tap the App button at the top to install SG Hub on your phone like an app.
- Click your photo (top right) → Profile: add your headshot, phone and license #, then save. Your profile is used on your listings’ offer pages and your email signature.
2. Set up your email signature
- In SG Hub, click your photo → Email Signature (sg-hub.com/signature).
- Pick a style — Classic, Headshot or Team — and a logo colour: silver, black or blue.
- Add your social links. Only the ones you fill in show.
- Click Save & publish to Gmail.
- In Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → “On reply/forward use” = your signature → Save changes.
