When a buyer schedules a specific time for a call:
FUB push + SMS hit as soon as the buyer schedules.
The appointment automatically lands on your FUB calendar.
Claim within 5 minutes + send a confirmation message (script below).
Before the call: pull the listing, check comps, review the buyer profile, load A.L.M.
Take from a quiet location with FUB open. Goal: secure the in-person showing.

Operating Hours & Pickup Rate
Operating hours: 8 AM–9 PM local time. Outside-hours connections arrive the next morning.
Pickup rate: FUB-delivered connections do NOT count toward your pickup rate — only live connections do. That means each live call counts more.

New ZHL Product — Live 6/23/2026
No FICO Origination Path
Zillow Home Loans can now qualify borrowers without a credit score through Fannie’s No FICO path. This opens the door for buyers who couldn’t close before.
What this means for you
Opens doors for borrowers with thin or no traditional credit files
AUS determines Scored vs No FICO automatically — no manual classification, no LO judgment call
Protects you from Fair Lending risk by eliminating LO discretion over how FICO is applied
Who is the No FICO borrower?
The No FICO path is built for buyers who simply have no credit score — not bad credit, no credit. The four most common profiles:
Young adults / recent grads
Never opened a credit card or taken out a loan
Widowed or divorced
Credit was always in the spouse’s name
Immigrants & recent US arrivals
Never established US credit history
Insufficient credit history
Not enough activity to generate a score
Critical — do not confuse these two
UPDATE — ZHL minimum lowered
The image below shows the original launch reference of 620 as the minimum FICO. ZHL has since lowered the scored-borrower minimum to 580. The PSA still applies — “No FICO” still does NOT mean “No Minimum FICO” — the floor is just lower now.
Hard Rule
No FICO ≠ No Minimum FICO.
580 is our minimum FICO for any scored borrower (recently lowered from 620). The No FICO path is ONLY for borrowers who have no score at all — not for borrowers with a low score. If your lead has a 580, they qualify under the standard path. If their score is below 580, they don’t qualify on that path — but if they have NO score, they may qualify through this new No FICO path.
When you talk to a lead with thin/no credit, don’t pre-disqualify them. Send them to your ZHL lender — AUS will determine which path they qualify on automatically.
