📞 How to take a Scheduled Call (NEW)

When a buyer schedules a specific time for a call:

  1. FUB push + SMS hit as soon as the buyer schedules.
  2. The appointment automatically lands on your FUB calendar.
  3. Claim within 5 minutes + send a confirmation message (script below).
  4. Before the call: pull the listing, check comps, review the buyer profile, load A.L.M.
  5. Take from a quiet location with FUB open. Goal: secure the in-person showing.
  6. Within 5 minutes of hanging up: update lead stage + add notes.

Operating Hours & Pickup Rate

  • Operating hours: 8 AM–9 PM local time. Outside-hours connections arrive the next morning.
  • Pickup rate: FUB-delivered connections do NOT count toward your pickup rate — only live connections do. That means each live call counts more.
