Basecamp Master Onboarding Packet

Your official Scofield Group onboarding document. Print this packet at the very start of training and carry it through every phase. It contains:

Section 1 — Platform Verification: 8 platforms (with HEADSHOT on each) + 5 courses + 5-day work product + Zoodealio iBuyer workflow + brokers@ policy.
Section 2 — 5-Day Commitment Agreement: read & sign before orientation. Aaron co-signs on the first 1-on-1 of the 5-Day.
Day 1–5 Tracking Sheets: 100-dial checkboxes + Aaron contract rep with full fields (address, price, financing, concessions, contingencies, notes) + daily sign-off.
End-of-Week Summary: Aaron's proficiency check that clears you to go LIVE.

4. Pond Calling — F20 ramp (Tasks → Smart Lists → ask for ponds → 50 dials → cleared to go LIVE for the day)
