Your official Scofield Group onboarding document. Print this packet at the very start of training and carry it through every phase. It contains:

Section 1 — Platform Verification: 8 platforms + Zillow Preferred + 5 courses. Check each off as you complete it.
Section 2 — 5-Day Commitment Agreement: read & sign before orientation. Aaron co-signs on Day 1.
Day 1–5 Tracking Sheets: 100-dial checkboxes, contract terms Aaron writes, daily sign-off.
End-of-Week Summary: Aaron's proficiency check that clears you to go LIVE.
