How long does the onboarding process take?
Most agents complete the full onboarding process — including Phase 1 (System Setup), Phase 2 (Core Training), and all training courses — within 5 to 10 business days. The pace is self-directed, so you can move faster if your schedule allows.
What happens after I complete all training courses?
Once you pass every course and final exam, you enter the After Go Live phase. You will be fully verified on all platforms — Zillow, Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, and more — and cleared to start receiving leads and closing deals as an active Scofield Group agent.
Do I need to pass every quiz to go live?
Yes. Lesson quizzes require an 80% score to proceed, and each final exam requires a passing score before you can advance. This ensures every agent is fully prepared before going live. You can retake quizzes as many times as needed.
