Disclosure of recommended providers and consumer’s right to choose any provider.
Lesson 4 of the Required Disclosures course. In every real estate transaction, multiple independent service providers are involved โ lenders, title/escrow, inspectors, home warranty. The client retains the unrestricted right to choose any provider.

- Recommendations are based on satisfactory past performance.
- Certain providers maintain a Marketing Services Agreement (MSA) with SG โ this does not increase client costs nor limit/influence freedom of choice.
