Each of the six 1-1s covers the same three things — the agenda is NOT topic-specific by milestone:

  • Current metrics — dials, connection calls, appointments set, contracts written, pipeline health since the last 1-1
  • Calls review — listening to recent calls together so Aaron can hear how you sound on the phone
  • Coaching — what to repeat, what to fix, what the next stretch looks like
