Section 4 of Phase 2. Follow Up Boss (FUB) is your CRM. Every lead, every call, every follow-up task lives here. Daily FUB usage is non-negotiable.

Daily expectations (non-negotiable)

  • Work Smart Lists daily — in order, every business day.
  • Clear inbox — zero unread at end of day.
  • Clear tasks — completed or rescheduled with a note.
  • Use the “?” help button for FUB resources before pinging Aaron or Kirby.

🎯 Goal

FUB and Stars worked daily and confidently. Smart Lists cleared, inbox at zero, tasks current, every new lead tagged correctly, every client added to Stars instead of an MLS link.

📧 Signature Import

During FUB setup, you must complete the signature import so every outbound email carries the official SG email signature with your photo, license, and contact info. Go into FUB → Settings → Email Signature → import the SG team signature. This is a Platform Verification item — Aaron will check this on Day 1.
