Section 8 of Phase 2 — the final checkpoint. Before you schedule your field time with Aaron, every platform has to be live and accessible, and you need a hard-copy checklist signed by both you and Aaron at the end of orientation Day 1.
How verification works (read this)
- You verify on your own as you finish Phase 1 and Phase 2 lessons. Log into every platform. Check that it works. Mark the box.
- Print the Platform Verification Checklist (below) and bring it to Day 1 of orientation — Aaron will sit with you and verify every platform with you in person.
- Turn the signed sheet in to Aaron at the end of orientation Day 1. That signature is what triggers your cleared status.
📋 Master Onboarding Packet — print this once
Print this packet at the start of Phase 1. It contains everything you need from Day One of training through your end-of-week Go-Live clearance with Aaron:
- Section 1 — Platform Verification Checklist: check each platform off as you complete it during Phase 1 + Phase 2.
- Section 2 — 5-Day Commitment Agreement: read & sign before orientation. Aaron co-signs Section 1 on Day 1.
- Day 1–5 Tracking Sheets: 100-dial checkboxes per day, contract terms Aaron writes in, daily sign-off.
- End-of-Week Summary: Aaron's proficiency check that clears you to go LIVE.
What the checklist covers
- 8 Platforms — Gmail, Zillow Professional Profile, FUB, Ylopo, SISU, Zoodealio, Zillow Showcase, Dotloop
- Zillow Preferred Partnership — Agreement signed, Showcase Academy complete, ZHL+FUB integration confirmed
- Training — All 5 courses complete with quizzes and final exams passed
- Day 1 Work Product — 5 practice contracts written with Aaron in person
- [email protected] policy — every deal goes to brokers@ before client signatures + for deal-specific questions
Day 1 practical reps
Your practical reps happen with Aaron on Day 1 — you write 5 contracts live with him during orientation. Quizzes carry the comprehension work.
