How to bring Showcase into the listing appointment
- Pre-appointment — Email the seller the SG Public Showcase page link before the meeting: “Take a look at this before we meet — it’s our exclusive Zillow partnership and it’s what we use to put your home in front of significantly more buyers than the average listing.” Half the sale happens before you walk in the door.
- At the appointment — Bring up the public page on your laptop or iPad. Walk through the stats. Show the interactive floor plan + hero carousel examples. Anchor on the numbers (81 / 80 / 90 / 80 / 50 / 226M) — that’s what sticks.
- Closing the seller — “There are roughly 200 active Realtors competing for this listing in your zip code. I can offer you something none of them can — an exclusive Showcase placement. That’s why you should sign with SG.”
- After the agreement — Order Showcase media immediately on signing. Showcase requires high-res photo + interactive floor plan + room groupings. Coordinate with the photographer, then notify Aaron so he can flip the Showcase placement on with Zillow on our end.

What Showcase requires from you
- High-resolution photography — book it with the SG photographer on signing.
- Interactive floor plan — included in Showcase media package. Photographer captures it during the same session.
- Room groupings + map placement — handled in the back end by Zillow + SG operations.
- Notify Aaron when listing is live so he can confirm the Showcase activation on Zillow’s side.
