Section 6 of Phase 2. Zoodealio is the SG cash-offer iBuyer platform — our direct partnership. Every client and every listing lead gets entered into Zoodealio so they can see cash offer options at their leisure, with you as the first call.

What Zoodealio Is

Zoodealio is an iBuyer — a cash-offer platform — and it is Scofield Group’s direct partnership. When agents submit a property to Zoodealio, Zoodealio surfaces a cash offer through its own buyer network, plus a menu of options the client can explore at their own pace.

Zoodealio is NOT Opendoor or Offerpad. Zoodealio is its own iBuyer, similar to those companies but separate. SG works with all three — Zoodealio (direct partnership), Opendoor, and Offerpad — on listings, so the seller has the full menu of cash-offer options. Zoodealio is the one we lead with because it is our direct partnership.

The SG iBuyer Ecosystem

  • Zoodealio — SG’s direct partnership iBuyer. Our default cash-offer submission. Every client + listing lead goes in here.
  • Opendoor — separate iBuyer SG also uses on listings. Adds another cash-offer option for the seller.
  • Offerpad — separate iBuyer SG also uses on listings. Third cash-offer option for the seller.

On listings, you can position SG as “the brokerage that gives you every option” — traditional listing with Showcase, Zoodealio cash offer, Opendoor cash offer, Offerpad cash offer, or any hybrid combination. The seller picks; you keep the deal.

The SG Zoodealio Workflow — Every Client, Every Listing Lead

The rule is simple and applies to every client we close AND every listing lead where we know the property address:

⚡ Two-Step Mandatory Workflow

Step 1 — Ylopo Seller Alerts (Stars): Add the property address into Seller Alerts inside Stars so the client gets ongoing valuation + market activity updates.

Step 2 — Zoodealio Platform: Submit the property into Zoodealio so the client can log in and see live cash offer options at their leisure. If they want more info on any option, YOU are the first call — not a 1-800 number.

Why Both Tools, Always

  • Ylopo Seller Alerts keeps the client engaged with their home’s valuation drift over time — even years after closing — and triggers a touchpoint when their equity shifts meaningfully.
  • Zoodealio gives them on-demand cash offer transparency. Some clients only sell when an investor knocks on their door at the right number; Zoodealio puts you in front of that moment instead of behind it.
  • Combined: every past client is now a live pipeline. You hear from them BEFORE they call the iBuyer postcard.

Submitting a Property in Zoodealio — The Steps

From the Zoodealio dashboard (full details in the Onboarding Checklist PDF below):

  1. View / select the lead profile — pull up the client or create one.
  2. Run the home survey — fill in beds, baths, sq ft, year built, condition.
  3. Upload photos — recent property photos sharpen the offer.
  4. Enter list price — your defensible value from the Quick CMA.
  5. Submit — Zoodealio’s offers department processes the request and routes it through the Zoodealio cash-buyer network. Offers typically come back within 24–72 hours.
  6. Share offers with the client through their Zoodealio portal so they can review at their leisure.

Account Setup — Day 1 Tasks

  1. Log into the Zoodealio dashboard using your SG-issued credentials.
  2. Change profile picture — use your professional headshot (same one you use on Zillow, FUB, Showcase, SISU, Zoodealio).
  3. Update profile settings — direct contact info, brokerage info (Scofield Group), license #.
  4. Integrations — add your custom URL (your branded search site at {yourname}.scofieldgroup.com).
  5. Submit a test buyer + test property using fake info to walk through the full flow before going live with a real client.

Weekly Cadence — Submit 5 Properties

The Zoodealio Weekly Planner sets the standard: submit 5 properties per week into the Zoodealio cash-offer dashboard. These can be past clients, sphere homes you know the address of, listing leads, FSBO leads — anywhere you can legitimately request a cash-offer indication on a property.

Daily, weekly, monthly cadence is laid out in the Weekly Planner PDF below — coaching calls, social media engagement, hand-delivering cash offers, mailers, and the Cash Buyer Workshop are all part of the rhythm.

On Listings — The Full Cash-Offer Menu

When you take a listing, give the seller every option:

  • Traditional listing with Zillow Showcase, professional photos, marketing — for max retail price
  • Zoodealio cash offer — SG’s direct iBuyer partnership; submit through your dashboard
  • Opendoor cash offer — additional iBuyer; submit through Opendoor’s agent portal
  • Offerpad cash offer — additional iBuyer; submit through Offerpad’s agent portal
  • Hybrid: list-with-cash-offer-backup — go to market traditionally with a cash offer in the back pocket as the safety net
